BREAKFAST MENUS

The University of Sydney Venue Collection Executive Chef uses natural ingredients with fresh seasonal produce because not only does it taste better; natural foods are the best source of vitamins and nutrients

 

LIGHT AND EASY

 

Freshly baked fruit Danishes

Fresh orange juice

Freshly brewed coffee, selection of teas and herbal infusions,

hot chocolate and chai

 

Choose one of the following items:

Sliced seasonal fresh fruit served with European yoghurt and honey

Or

Freshly toasted mini croissants with honey cured leg ham and King Island double brie

Or

Freshly baked apple and cinnamon loaf

Or

Roasted Vegetable and feta frittata (V)

 

 

CONTINENTAL BUFFET

 

Sliced seasonal fresh fruit platters served with European yoghurt and honey

Brookfield toasted macadamia nut muesli and fruit compote

Freshly made fruit bread served with individual berry jams

Selection of freshly baked continental pastries

Assorted fresh juices (orange, guava, cranberry and apple)

Freshly brewed coffee, selection of teas and herbal infusions,

hot chocolate and Chai

 

HOT PLATED OPTIONS

 

Includes all selections from the continental buffet PLUS:

Crisp grilled middle bacon with breakfast chipolata, roasted tomato with oregano, creamed eggs with and roasted field mushroom

Or

Ricotta hotcakes with sautéed baby spinach and slow roasted vine ripened tomatoes

Or

Scrambled eggs with Tasmanian smoked salmon on toasted sourdough with wild rocket

Or

Eggs En Cocotte with fresh grilled asparagus and vine ripened tomatoes

  

 

Healthy Breakfast buffet
